She has extensive experience representing investors, business owners, operators, lenders, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing of a myriad of classes of commercial real estate including office, hospitality, retail, healthcare, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Additionally, she interacts and assists real estate industry professionals in structuring, negotiating, and forming limited liability companies, corporations, and joint ventures with an interest in owning and investing in real estate assets. She works regularly with her clients on piecing together the various components of a deal while balancing the business and legal objectives of the client. Through her legal experience and robust network, Kayla consistently provides value to her clients that surpasses standard legal representation.

Prior to founding Churchill Shively PLLC, Kayla most recently worked at an AMLaw 200 firm and also has gained experience in both mid-sized and boutique firms.
